The Blueberry Donut Line

M & M Donuts is a counter and drive-thru on Katella Avenue in Anaheim, best known for its blueberry cake donuts. They come out hot from 9 PM, and by then there is usually a line of cars and people on foot. The donut itself eats like a fried blueberry muffin under a thin glaze.

Morning and Night

The shop opens twice a day: from 5 AM to noon, and again from 9 PM to 1 AM. Mornings bring the full case of glazed, chocolate, sprinkle and candy-topped donuts, buttermilk bars, and croissant breakfast sandwiches made to order with sausage, ham or bacon, egg and cheese. Ask for the Works, which has all three meats.

At night the window sells only blueberry and Oreo donuts, with a limit of six blueberry per order. A half dozen cost about $20 in 2026.

Before You Go

Order at the window when you reach it; the speaker does not take orders. There is plenty of parking nearby, but leave the drive-thru lane clear while you wait. Bring cash if you can, since card payments have carried an extra fee.
